Four Seasons Chicago

The Four Seasons Chicago is situated in the heart of Midtown, in a skyscraper above a shopping mall. This luxury hotel is a minute’s walk away from the Museum of Contemporary Art and very close to the Navy Pier.

The property recently completed a refresh of its rooms and event spaces; the revitalization features a reconceptualized lobby and social lounge, newly designed specialty suites and apartments, opening a new restaurant and bar called Adorn, and enhanced event spaces.

I was amazed at how beautiful the architecture and interior design of the building; definitely, the color palette matched at all times with the quintessential brand that Four Seasons is.

The Room

My room was excellent, an Executive Suite located on floor number 43, with such a spectacular view of the city.

Rain or shine, Chicago is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

The interior design was fabulous. The bedsheets were fantastic as always (I love Four Seasons’ bedding). The room service was excellent and very attentive at all times.

I can remember waking up on a calm morning, having a cup of coffee while watching the whole city from my window, taking a deep breath, hmmm yeah yeah, it's the little moments to me.

The most attentive team, thank you for the warm welcome!

Food & Drink

The Adorn Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering a la carte menu and enriching the guest experience at all times.

I loved how the jazz music was playing in the background while we had a spectacular time, with the best attention from the friendly staff at all times.

Cocktails in the bar area are a great way to rest weary feet after a day of well-spent shopping and having fun around the city.

My drink: HOT NIGHTS IN THE CIUDAD (Without alcohol, that day I had my first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine).

My choice:

THAI FRIED BRUSSEL SPROUTS

BISTRO STEAK

PAN PITA + OLIVE OIL (Isn't on the menu, it was delicious)

Things to do around the area

I highly recommend taking a long and relaxing walk around the area; I promise you will have a great time; Chicago is a very entertaining city.

My favorite pizza place was Giordano’s, located about 5 minutes from the hotel and very close to luxury shops and towers. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. The food is excellent, but the waiting time can be a little stressful, so please have in mind a reservation for this place.

The spa at the Four Seasons Chicago was terrific; I love the new-fashioned luxury style of what’s complete about. Massage & Body Treatments are offered at the luxurious spa area. Fitness facilities are offered, and a 50-foot indoor swimming pool.

The traditional pizza from Chicago. It was delicious. The place was very cozy, and I loved the 'boneless' from that place too.

I finally found this coffee table book ‘Capri’ by Julia Chaplin.

Local tours and guides

June was a good month to visit Chicago, I enjoyed both sunny and rainy days; both were phenomenal.

I love how beautiful the streets are in Chicago, I remember myself having long walks, meeting new places, and eating fantastic food. The staff at the Four Seasons Chicago was amazing!

I want to thank Nicole Abinajem, and Ciara Merouan for trusting in my work, and Adorn’s Restaurant General Manager, William Mitchell, for making this beautiful stay possible.
